We want you to feel confident trying Meridian & Fenn. That’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Our 60-day guarantee allows you to reasonably try the product. To be eligible, you must provide your order number or proof of purchase and contact us before sending your return.
For multi-unit or bundle orders, please contact us before returning your order so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Amount
If your return is approved under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or where required by applicable law.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@meridianfenn.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
If the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Returns may also be refused in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, or products that have been used in a way that goes beyond reasonably trying the product.
Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to Meridian & Fenn products purchased directly from our website, including products purchased as part of promotional bundles, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the fastest option is to contact us and return the eligible item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal once unsealed.
These statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee where that guarantee provides additional rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under local law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund of the product purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
