At Meridian & Fenn, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as the ritual itself. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) before it ships. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated by email if that happens.

Shipping Times & Rates
We currently offer free shipping on all orders to [countries/regions you ship to]. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location. That's longer than next-day delivery — it's the trade-off of keeping pricing fair rather than passing on express courier costs. Every order ships with tracking included.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at [support email] and we'll look into it.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside of [your home country] may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility — we're not able to predict what they'll be, as they vary by country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at [support email] within 14 days of the expected delivery window. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever makes more sense for your situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to make changes once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
